Cancellation policy?

If you have confirmed your participation but are no longer able to attend, we kindly ask you to cancel your registration at least three (3) working days prior to the event. In case of late cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of €75 (excl. VAT) may be charged to cover administration and catering costs. This cancellation fee applies equally to all participants in a comparable situation, unless one of the following predefined exceptions applies:

• force majeure (e.g. serious illness, accident, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances);
• members or partners, where explicitly agreed in advance;
• other objectively justified circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The organisation reserves the right, after assessment of the specific circumstances, to waive or apply the cancellation fee, provided that such decision is taken in a reasonable, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. By registering for the event, you confirm that you have read and understood this cancellation policy.
